Richard Paul Carter grew up in middle Tennessee and currently resides in Southern California.
Richard is a US Navy nuclear submarine veteran with a B.S.E.E. from Tennessee State University and a MBA from Pepperdine University. Additionally, Richard is a Senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and certified through ASQ as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). Richard is a member of the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley Sections of the ASQ.
Richard demonstrates a passion for Quality Excellence by focusing on the human side of quality improvement by building and leading teams to meet business goals.
Additionally, Richard utlizes resources gained through his affiliation with the ASQ Human Development and Resources Division and the Team and Workplace Excellence Division.
